HANDICAP & POINT SYSTEM FOR 2010

All handicaps will be adjusted after each round using the formula below. Club course average on the day will be par.

If handicap is unchanged for

one year – out 1 stroke

Winner of a single event will lose min 1 stroke plus formula above .

 Runner up will lose min .5 stroke plus formula above.

 Standard handicapping not incorporating the above formula are as follows:

 Winners of a 4ball or any pairs event shall lose 1.5 strokes.

 Runners up of a 4ball or any pairs event shall lose .5 stroke.

 3rd place in a pairs event , handicap shall remain the same.

*Note- handicaps for unplaced players shall be let out as per formula.

King of the Greens shall be determined by actual winners of N.T.P & Approaches.

COUNT BACK SYSTEM:

The following method shall be used for all events (as per score card) The best nett score for the last 9 holes, if there is still a tie the last six holes, or if there is still a tie the last 3 holes, if a tie still persists then hole by hole from the 18th .

All players recieve1 point for playing the days event.

Game sponsors:

The committee asks that sponsors have a minimum value of $100

( maximum 2 members to sponsor a day )

Prizes for games are as follows:

SINGLE EVENT - 1st & 2nd prizes plus 1 mars bar.

PAIRS Event - 2 Equal prizes plus 2 mars bars .
